A former professional soccer player and goalkeeper, Steve later became the founder and owner of the Brampton Hitmen, the city’s first professional soccer club; he served as both owner and head coach. Under his leadership, the club achieved championship success and helped develop professional soccer pathways in the community. Steve also competed as a professional boxer, reinforcing the discipline and mental toughness that shaped his entrepreneurial success.

 

He is the founder of Titan Security & Investigative Services, a company built on integrity, professionalism, and operational excellence. In the entertainment industry, Steve produced and starred in several films: The Final Goal, Safety Zone, The Protector, The Last King, Soccer Dreams, and Anatomy of a Warrior, with storytelling rooted in perseverance and personal growth. In recognition of his lasting impact, Steve was inducted into the Brampton Sports Hall of Fame. Today, he continues to lead and inspire through sport, business, and film, proudly representing Brampton, Ontario.

Experience: Produced 250+ games for consoles, mobile devices, PC/Mac, browsers and social media platforms, AR/VR devices, and more. He’s directed the design and development of game engines and SaaS technology platforms upon which games and gamified “higher education” courses and training tools were deployed for edtech, fintech, medtech, and fit-tech sectors.

 

Training tools were designed and developed for the United States Marine Corps, the University of Minnesota’s School of Nursing, and various “lettered” agencies of the United States’ federal government. Previously, he was the User Experience Director for Western Governor’s University, the Product Development Director for Destineer Studios, and a Program Manager for Microsoft in the Xbox Group. Currently serving as the Chief Product Officer for Kinima Technologies, a biomechanics data science app for athletes, trainers, and coaches that tracks and interprets athletes’ movements to boost athletic performance.

 

Tony has 10+ years’ experience in the public markets; he founded and took public a video and computer games company and managed it as a publicly-traded entity for the life of the company.

 

Tony’s a proud father of two, a nationally and internationally-ranked 6-Star Hall Of Fame World Major Marathoner, Olympic distance triathlete, Ragnarian, skier, sponsored athlete, and lifestyle brand ambassador.

The Genova International School of Soccer featured over 28,000 affiliated players and placed over 500 athletes into both pro and semi-pro clubs over 18 years. Previously, following his professional playing career, Morris transitioned into football business and leadership, holding ownership and executive roles across multiple clubs and football ventures. Morris brings direct access to elite global football networks and decision-makers, expertise in player acquisition, development, and international transfers, ownership experience within multi-club structures, and a proven, scalable model for global talent identification and monetization.
